- Breathe Easy: This space is a no-smoking zone. Your lungs will thank you!
- Furry Friends: While we love pets, they must sit this one out.
- Kid-Friendly Zone: Perfect for toddlers and kids under 12 – let the fun begin!
- Exclusive Access: Only registered guests can join the party – no gatecrashers, please.
- Quiet Hours: Respect the noise curfew for everyone’s peace.
- Eco-Warriors Unite: Turn off the AC when you step out – Mother Earth sends her thanks!
- Time Matters: Stick to check-in and check-out times – punctuality is our superpower.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We offer a full refund up to 5 nights before the check-in date.
- Canceling before arriving by 4 nights or less will result in deducting 50% of all unspent nights plus 1 full night.
- Modifying the checkout date during the stay will result in how many nights are left then the above policy will get applied.
- Extra charges may apply such as transfer fees & taxes.
- Refunds take from 14 to 21 working days from the cancellation date
- Reservations during seasonal holidays are non-refundable
The first night is calculated at the check-in time, and the rest of the nights are calculated starting at 00:00 AM of each day.
Violations
- In the event that you engage in activities that violate our policies during your stay with us, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any resulting damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the property manager.
- Such activities may include but are not limited to, smoking in non-smoking areas, causing damage to the space, missing items in the space, and violating any of our mentioned house rules.
- You will be notified of any such charges via email within 48 hours of your checkout.
- If you wish to dispute any charges, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the notification.
Emergencies in refund policies
